cooler for lrs
What is a cooler for an LRS?
The start-up torque of an LRS is very sensitive to the LRS water(electrolyte) temperature. The LRS water cools down very slowly if no additional measures are taken- it may take many hours or days.
The standard factory fitted thermostat present in an LRS’s intent is not adequate to protect against these problems unless the LRS water temperature is controlled at a specific working temperature and the thermostat setting coordinated with this working temperature.
For an increased number of starts per hour, you need to add a cooler to your LRS. We make use of air-blast coolers with minimal maintenance requirements.
