SDG Technologies was established in 1999 by Paul van Zyl, an electronic engineer known for his knowledge both in the electronic and electrical fields, and specializes in improving Liquid Resistance Starter (LRS) performance. We have been involved for more than 10 years in numerous investigations and remedial action where inadequate LRS performance was responsible for damage resulting in mechanical failure

Some our projects!

Three advanced LRSs (which consist of a high turn down ratio LRS and a Mill Safe Start) to be installed at the one primary and the two regrind mills.
This platinum concentrating plant installed Mill Safe Start Systems on two of their primary mills and one secondary mill.
 
Two Mill Safe Start Systems were installed at this nickel plant – one each on their Ball and Fag mills, which starts up with LRSs.
